About Us and Our Values

Our Story

We may be your first glimpse of early education and care and our team know how hard it can be to leave your child. We assure you that your child will be nurtured by our dedicated team. We are focused on building a community.

We’ll work with families to support the transition, discuss where they feel their child is developmentally and agree on where the child’s interests can be supported and challenged. And we will continually work with families to ensure their child is happy and well cared for throughout their time with us.

We are open 52 weeks of the year; we provide fresh cooked meals daily and on premises. All our lovely Educators are long term employees.

Quality Care and Trust

When parents are looking for a high-quality learning and a huge variety of extra curriculum programs at no extra cost, they need to find someone they can trust. We will continue in our efforts to ensure and continuously improve our services to meet the needs of the children and families enrolled at our service.

Lifelong Learning

At Meadowbrook Early Learning Centre we believe that we all share a responsibility to support and nurture the children’s and our own natural desire to be lifelong learners. We put ourselves and our learning on the same level as the child’s and commit to our own professional development and personal growth. We learn alongside the children and their families and embrace the opportunity to learn and grow each day.

Partnership

Respectful relationships are very important and on which our centre operates. We believe that quality of care we provide is measured by the quality of relationships we have with children, families and employees. We are committed to ensuring these relationships are respectful; warm and caring; honest and open; fair and equitable.

Scholarship Program

COVID-19 and the inflationary pressure have created challenges for our community and we have partnered with community groups and not-for-profit organisations to assist families who may be in need of financial support. This may also include vulnerable families, parents who need respite or suffering from mental illness. We are happy to take care of children so that parents can look after their own needs. We offer scholarships for those in difficult circumstances or needing financial support, to allow children to thrive in a caring, educational and supportive environment.

We have worked with and supported families referred from MICAH Projects, Aboriginal Health Services, Domestic Violence Organisations, Refugee Services, Psychologists, Psychiatrists and Medical Centres. With our scholarship, families are offered significant discount and savings with very little out-of-pocket expense. If you are experiencing difficult circumstance, physical or mental health issues, financial difficulty, or think you may qualify under the program please do not hesitate to Contact Us. We care about the welfare of children and strive to offer a supportive, respectful, non-judgmental and confidential long-term relationship with all our families.
